治理视角下我国体育产业政策演化变迁研究

The Changes of Sports Industry Policy Research form Governance Perspective

运用文献资料、访谈、对比研究等方法,采用治理方面的相关理论对中国体育产业政策的变迁进行研究。根据治理理论将体育产业发展划分为积淀期、探索期、泉涌期3个阶段。研究发现,体育产业政策主体由一元治理主体向多元治理主体的演变、体育产业政策权利主体的集权向分权的演变、体育产业政策由人治向法治的转变、体育产业政策逐渐由旧思想向新思想的转变。研究旨在通过治理视角对中国现有体育产业政策进行一定梳理总结,为今后体育产业政策的颁布实施提供理论依据。

By using methods of literature,interviews and other methods and relevant theories of governance of China＇s sports industry policy Changes related research. through the management theory development of sports industry is divided into three stages, the study found that the sports industry diversification policy,evolution of centralization to decentralization Sports Industry Policy of the subject of rights. Sports industry policy shifts from the rule of man to the rule of law. Sports industry policy gradually transition from the old to the new ideas of thinking.
