摘要
采用"ASTM D2619-09法(玻璃瓶法)"分别对六种不同结构的季戊四醇酯进行水解安定性实验,通过对水解前后油层酸值、水层总酸度与铜片质量变化等参数的测量来反映季戊四醇酯基础油的水解规律,采用红外光谱法对水解机理进行了探讨。研究表明:季戊四醇酯发生了AAC2型水解反应,季戊四醇酯分子的酸碳链越长,且具有支链结构,则空间体积越大,可延缓水解反应的进行,其水解安定性越好。
The hydrolytic stability experiment of pentaerythritol ester base oil was carried out according to ASTM D2619-09(Beverage Bottle Method). The correlation between the structure and hydrolytic stability of pentaerythritol ester base oil was discussed on the base of these principal properties including acidity( oil layer and water layer) and the mass change of copper strip. The hydrolysis mechanism was analyzed by FTIR. The results show that the type of hydrolysis of pentaerythritol ester oil is AAC2. The longer the carboxyl chain of pentaerythritol ester molecule with branch chains, the larger the steric effect of the functional group, so they can moderate the hydrolysis and improve the hydrolysis ability of pentaerythritol ester base oil.
