我国天然气产业链发展现状研究

Current Situation of Coordinated Development of Gas Industry Chain

天然气产业已成为我国能源发展的战略支柱产业之一,是构建和谐社会的关键部分,天然气产业链协调与否关系到整个行业的发展,为此着重分析了我国天然气基础设施建设、消费结构以及定价机制对我国天然气产业链各环节协调发展的影响,研究了近年来我国天然气基础设施建设的进展情况,并与欧美国家进行对比,探讨了我国管网建设的不足之处,其次考察了天然气气价改革历程以及我国的气价体制,并通过对比中美气价结构,发现了我国天然气定价机制存在的问题,最后还系统分析了我国天然气利用结构的不合理之处。

Natural gas industry has become one of pillar industries of our country＇s energy development strategy, and also is the key part of building a harmonious society. Firstly, influence of natural pipeline construction, consumption structure and pricing mechanism on the each link of industrial chain was analyzed. And then compared with the European and American countries, the progress and shortages of natural gas infrastructure in our country were studied. Through investigating the price reform and the pricing mechanism of our country, some problems of natural gas pricing mechanism in our country were found out. At last,the utilization structure of natural gas in our country was also analyzed.
