健全政府协同机制提升社会治理效能研究——兼论我国公共住房管理机制改革

A Study on Perfecting the Cooperation Mechanism of Government and Promoting the Efficiency of Social Governance:Simultaneous Discussion on the Reform of Administrative Mechanism of Public Housing in China

传统的公共住房管理模式已捉襟见肘,要有效处理错综复杂的公共住房事务迫切需要引入新的机制。基于欧美等发达国家提出"整体政府"的相关理论,尝试构建公共住房体系相关管理部门的协同机制,为健全政府协同机制进行一些理论探索。

Traditional mode in public housing administration has many problems to deal with but can not find an efficient way out.Based on relevant theories ofentirety government＂put forward by European and American developed countries,a construction of cooperation mechanism of government is attempted,and some theoretical explorations are conducted to perfect the governmental cooperation mechanism.
