摘要
为研究沥青路面车辙形变的规律,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,结合Creep蠕变模型,对沥青混合料中面层及全厚典型沥青路面的车辙变形进行数值计算,并与室内测试结果进行对比分析.研究结果表明:单层板和全厚沥青路面的车辙变形数值计算结果与室内试验测试结果均随着荷载作用的增加变形逐渐增大,但两者之间的初期变化差异性较大,差异性会随荷载作用的增加而减小;ANSYS有限元中的蠕变模型能够有效地模拟沥青混合料路面车辙变形规律.研究成果可为沥青路面结构设计及路面车辙病害防治提供技术支持.
In order to study the rutting deformation of asphalt pavement,the rutting deformation of asphalt mixture in the surface layer and the full thickness of the asphalt pavement was calculated by the ANSYS finite software and creep model. The results are compared with the indoor test results. Research results show that: rutting deformation numerical calculation results and laboratory test results both prove the deformation increases with more loads,and the difference of the change shows obvious at the beginning and becomes less gradually. The creep model can simulate the rutting deformation of asphalt mixture effectively. The research results can provide technical support for asphalt pavement structure design and rut disease prevention.
