摘要
该文研究吲哚丁酸不同浓度及不同处理方法诱导太阳李对1a生枝条生根的影响。结果表明:生根效果最好的处理为浸泡-速蘸法50/400mg/L浓度组合处理,生根率为58.9%,其茎枝平均根长、根数和茎长也均优于其它处理。浸泡法处理对太阳李生根的影响较小,速蘸法以400mg/L处理组的太阳李枝条生根率最好,为56.7%。对照组扦插生根率很低,太阳李的扦插育苗必须经过激素处理或其他处理方可达到一定效果。
Prunus salicina year shoots induced rooting experiment with IBA in different concentrations and different processing methods , The results showed that the rooting effect is the best treatment for soaking-quick dip in concentration of 50/400 mg/L combination treatment,the rooting rate was 58.9%, which stems and average root length, root number and stem long were also better than those of the other treatments. The soaking treated Prunus salicina stems has less effect on the rooting, dip in speed method dealing with 400mg/L group of Prunus salicina rooting rate is best, 56.7%.The cutting rooting rate of the control group was very low, and the cutting propagation of Prunus salicina had to be treated by hormone or other treat- ments to achieve a certain effect.
