摘要
业主方设计阶段的造价控制,对于市政绿化项目的顺利实施具有重要意义。该文中提出,业主方在市政绿化工程设计阶段可以通过重视现场勘察、进行限额设计、组织设计评审等途径来加强项目整体造价控制。
The owner＇s cost control in design stage plays an important role for the successful implementation of municipal greening projects . This paper described investment control in designing stage of whole project by using some effective measures like taking field investigation seriously, managing quota design and organizing design review etc.
