摘要 心肌纤维化与高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心律失常等临床许多疾病和病理过程有着密切的联系。心肌纤维化可致心力衰竭、心源性猝死等严重并发症。心肌纤维化是一个主要心脏不良结果的独立预测因素。非编码微RNAs(miRNAs)是一类与心肌纤维化疾病密切相关的小分子RNA家族,miRNAs可通过直接抑制多种细胞外基质蛋白的表达和调控多种与心肌纤维化相关的信号通路参与心肌纤维化过程。 Myocardia I fibrosis is closely assocated with many clinical diseases and pathological process,such as hypertension,atherosclerosis and arrhythmia. Myocardial fibrosis may cause heart failure,sudden cardiac death and other serious complications. Myocardial fibrosis has been shown to be a major independent predictive factor of adverse cardiac outcome. Non-coding microRNA( miRNAs),a newly discovered miRNA family,is closely related with fibrosis diseases. miRNAs directly suppresses the expression of a variety of extracellular matrix components and regulates signal in pathways associated with fibrosis.
