卵巢储备功能与生育力减退影响因素的研究进展 被引量:26

摘要 卵巢储备功能是指卵巢皮质区卵泡生长发育形成可授精卵母细胞的能力,是女性生育力的重要标志。若卵巢内存留的可募集卵泡数量减少、卵母细胞质量下降,导致生育能力降低,称为卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)。在辅助生殖技术中,卵巢储备功能的高低可以直接影响其妊娠结局。近年来DOR发病率不断升高,其发病因素复杂、尚未明确,且改变几乎是不可逆的,因此正确了解DOR发病的影响因素,将有助于预防其发生,并改善其临床治疗。 Ovarian reserve refers to the ability of the ovary cortex area follicles developing into inseminatable oocyte,which is an important symbol of female fertility. The decrease of number of recruitable ovarian follicles and oocyte quality resulting in reduced fertility is defined as as diminished ovarian reserve( DOR).In assisted reproductive technology( ART),the level of ovarian reserve can directly affect the outcome of pregnancy. In recent years,the incidence of DOR is increasing,the pathogenic factors of which are complicated and not clear yet,plus it is almost irreversible,therefore,the correct understanding of the influence factors of DOR onset will help to prevent its occurrence and improve the clinical treatment.
