将机动车闯红灯行为划分为红灯启亮时有意提前进入行为和无意提前进入行为,以及红灯结束时提前进入行为,针对闯红灯行为类别、闯红灯致因及其特点,从执法对策、交通工程对策、教育对策等方面提出机动车闯红灯行为干预对策和建议,以期为交叉口交通安全管理提供方法借鉴。

The red-light- running （RLR） is divided into three types： intentional RLR at red start, unintentional RLR at red start, and RLR at red termination. For the RLR categories, the RLR causes and the RLR characteristics, countermeas- ures and advices to reduce RLR are put forward, including enforcement, engineering, and education order to provide methods for intersection traffic safety management.
