疆外高校防控暴恐音视频工作探析

宣扬暴力恐怖、宗教极端、民族分裂的暴恐音视频向高等院校渗透的趋势明显增强,高校学生容易受到暴恐音视频的诱惑和吸引,疆外高校防控查禁暴恐音视频的工作还处于空白阶段,给暴恐音视频的渗透与传播留下了漏洞。疆外高校应充分认识当前防恐反恐工作和防控暴恐音视频工作的重要性与一致性,坚决克服麻痹思想和心理,增加警觉性,加强理论研究,细化工作措施,落实工作责任,争取高校防恐反恐工作和防控暴恐音视频工作的主动权和高起点,夺取疆外高校反恐斗争的最后胜利,促进社会安全稳定和民族团结和谐。

The trend of penetrating the audio and video advocated violent terrorism,religious extremism and ethnic separatism to colleges is significantly enhanced. College students are vulnerable to the temptation and attraction of the audio and video on violent terrorism. The prevention and control of audio and video on violent terrorism in colleges outside Xinjiang is still in a blank stage, leaving loopholes for the penetration and spread of the audio and video. Colleges outside Xinjiang should be fully aware of the importance and consistency of the current anti-terrorism,counter-terrorism and prevention and control of audio and video on violent terrorism, resolutely overcome the thought and psychology of paralysis, increase alertness, strengthen theoretical study, clarify work measures, fulfill work responsibilities,strive for the initiative and a high starting point of the anti-terrorism, counterterrorism and prevention and control of audio and video on violent terrorism and gain the final victory of fighting against terrorism in colleges outside Xinjiang, to promote social security and stability and national unity and harmony.
