基层法院物资装备管理中的现实问题及优化建议——以S省Z市十县区法院物资装备管理情况为研究样本

人民法院的物资装备是国有资产的重要组成部分,是人民法院审判执行及司法行政工作的物资基础和重要保障。随着经济社会的飞速发展和司法改革的不断深化,对法院物资装备管理工作的要求也在不断提升。通过选取S省Z市十个县区法院的物资装备管理情况作为研究样本,探究当前人民法院物资装备管理工作中的现状及存在问题,分析问题存在的原因,结合司法实践提出进一步推进人民法院物资装备管理的对策建议。

The supplies and equipment of the people＇s court is an important part of state-owned assets, the material base and the important guarantee for the trial execution of the court and the administration of justice. With the rapid development of economic society and the deepening judicial reform, the requirements for the supplies and equipment management in the court are also rising. This paper selects the supplies and equipment management in the courts of ten counties in Z City S Province as samples, by exploring the current status and problems in the supplies and equipment management in the people＇s court, analyze the causes of problems and put forward countermeasures to further promote the supplies and equipment management in the people＇s court combined with judicial practice.
