高职法学教育存在的问题及应对策略

Problems of higher vocational legal education and countermeasures

我国高职法学教育现已蓬勃发展,但仍面临着教育思想理念滞后、生源素质偏低、教学模式与实践脱节以及毕业生就业前景低迷等诸多问题。本文从重新构建高职法学教育目标、改革教学方法和手段、加强教学实践环节、建设"双师型"教师队伍等几方面提出应对策略。

The higher vocational legal education has been booming, but still facing problems such as backward education ideas,lower qualities of students, divorced teaching mode from practice and depressed graduate employment prospects. The paper proposed countermeasures from reconstructing the goals of higher vocational legal education, reforming the teaching methods and means, strengthening the practical aspects of teaching, constructing ＂double-position＂ teachers and other aspects.
