摘要
城市道路是城市交通的主要载体,其设计水平的高低直接影响了城市道路的服务水平.本文回顾了我国城市道路设计的发展历程,传统的道路设计以"车本位"为主导思想,造成了公共汽车、非机动车、步行的发展受到阻碍,不利于城市交通的可持续发展.随着机动化水平的提高,交通拥堵问题日益严重,在倡导"低碳"理念以及实现节能减排目标的新形势下,本文从分析低碳交通含义入手,重点分析了道路空间设计、道路横断面设计、步行与非机动车交通设计、公交优先设计等方面的现状,以期明确后续发展方向,提高道路空间的综合效率及服务水平.
As the main carrier of urban traffic,the design quality of urban roadways directly affects the level of service of the roadways. The paper reviews the urban road design practices. The "Car-oriented"dominant design ideology in the past,which severely impacted the development of buses,non-motorized vehicle and pedestrians,is extremely unfavorable for sustainable development of urban transportation.With the improvement of motorization,the traffic congestion becomes increasingly serious in the city.Under the new situation of"low-carbon"and energy saving,the paper analyzes the state of the practice of the design of road space design,cross-section,pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle,bus priority. It proposes the research direction of these techniques above mentioned in order to improve the level of services of urban roadways.
