高职教育“订单式”人才培养长效机制研究

Research on the Long Term Mechanism of "Order Form" Talents Training in Higher Vocational Education

"订单式"人才培养模式是校企合作的重要形式之一。为了使"订单式"人才培养模式得到更好的发展和改革,使其发挥最大优势,需要加强顶层设计,建设校企合作办学的长效机制。要加强法制建设、整合社会资源、深化职业院校教学改革三个方面着手构建基于顶层设计的"订单式"人才培养的长效机制。

The ＂order-form＂ talents training mode is one of the important forms of school-enterprise cooperation. In order to make the ＂order-form＂ talents training mode get better development and reform, and make it play the biggest advantage, it needs to strengthen top-level design and to construct long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. The long-term mechanism of ＂order-form＂ talents training based on top level design is constructed from three aspects： strengthening the legal system construction, integrating social resources and deepening the teaching reform of vocational colleges.
