浅谈当代中医肿瘤发展之路

Discussion on the development of contemporary TCM oncology

中医肿瘤在肿瘤的综合治疗中起着重要的辅助作用,但因其研究方法的局限性,可信度高、有价值的临床数据较为缺乏,使其难以被广泛接受和认可。中医肿瘤有效性已逐步被大家接受,但应用方案混乱,最佳方案不明。今后研究方向是什么?笔者认为:研究应该遵循肿瘤治疗的循证医学、综合治疗、个体治疗这三大原则,在此基础上从现代医学的薄弱点介入,中医肿瘤治疗规范化体系的建立应从肿瘤各阶段中医治则、治法研究着手,做到中西医的有机结合。中医肿瘤疗效评价体系需纳入临床肿瘤学的评估体系范畴,最终形成符合中医理念、成熟、规范化、可持续优化的治疗方案。

TCM oncology plays an important supporting role in the combined therapy of tumors. However, because of the limitations of research methods and insufficient of high reliability and valuable clinical data, it is difficult to be widely accepted and recognized. Although the effectiveness of TCM has gradually been accepted, the applications are confusing and the best solution is unknown. What is the future research direction？ The author considers that the research of TCM oncology should follow three principles： evidence-based medicine, comprehensive treatment and individual therapy. It can be start from the weak point of modern medicine, establish the TCM treatment principle and mehtod of different stages, and achieve an organic combination of Chinese and western medicine. TCM oncology efficacy evaluation system needs to be included into the evaluation system of clinical oncology, and to form a mature, standardized and sustainable optimization of treatment protocols in line with the TCM philosophy.
