运用文字还原和经典释义的方法,对阴阳自和的内涵和条件进行解读。深刻理解阴阳自和的内涵,即须还原到文字和经典的认识上来,建立阴阳合一和阳为主导的观念。而要保持阴阳自和,必须具备两个条件,一是"凡阴阳之要,阳秘乃固",须保持阳气的潜藏;二是重视中土,使阴阳交合有依。
