摘要
文章总结了国医大师何任教授的养生经验及其实践。结合何任教授的生活实践,认为养生需要去除"五难",即忌争名逐利,戒喜怒大作,轻声色享受,重饮食调养,少思虑神伤。将养生的理念和做法融入生活,才是真正的养生之道。
This article summarizes the health preserving experience and practice of TCM master HE Ren. Combing the life practice of professor HE Ren, the authors think that the health preserving should remove ‘five-difficulties', including avoiding pursuing fame and interest, stopping over-joy and-anger, lightening enjoyment and luxury, paying attention to diet, alleviating excessive thought. Blending the idea and action of health preserving into life is the real way of keeping good health.
