经方治疗妇科难治病举隅

仲景论治妇科疾病,内容广泛,方药精妙,剂型多样。笔者临床喜用仲景方药治疗妇科疑难杂证,大黄甘草汤加味治疗妊娠恶阻,胶艾汤合白术散加减治疗滑胎,薏苡附子败酱散合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性盆腔炎,方证相应,效果显著。

The treatment of gynecological diseases was widely explicated by ZHANG Zhong-jing, from which we could see that the prescriptions were ingenious and the dosage forms were various. In practice, the author preferred to prescribe Zhongjing＇s prescriptions in the treatment of refractory diseases of gynecology. For example, the modified Dahuang Gancao Decoction was used to deal with the hyperemesis gravidarum, and the modified Jiaoai Decoction combined with Baizhu Powder to habitual abortion, and Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills to chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases. If the prescription was coincident with the syndrome, the effect would be remarkable.
