摘要
目的:运用电子鼻探讨慢性胃炎患者常见病性证素间口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。方法:选择618例慢性胃炎患者,运用证素辨证方法,进行病性证素诊断与分组;运用基于阵列式气体传感器技术的医用电子鼻(EN0l1103-A)采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,选择气味图谱响应曲线的振幅和斜率作为图谱特征参数,探讨慢性胃炎常见病性证素间的气味图谱特征。结果:1慢性胃炎的常见病性证素为:热、气滞、湿、阴虚、痰、气虚和阳虚。2响应曲线的振幅特征比较:慢性胃炎患者病性证素痰的气味图谱响应曲线F的振幅显著高于病性证素热(P<0.05),病性证素阳虚的气味图谱响应曲线E、F、I的振幅显著高于病性证素热(P<0.05,P<0.01),病性证素阳虚的气味图谱响应曲线F的振幅显著高于病性证素气滞、湿(P<0.05)。3响应曲线的斜率特征比较:慢性胃炎患者病性证素痰、阳虚的气味图谱响应曲线E的斜率显著高于病性证素热(P<0.05),病性证素痰、阳虚的气味图谱响应曲线F的斜率显著高于病性证素热、气滞、湿(P<0.05,P<0.01),病性证素阳虚的气味图谱响应曲线I的斜率显著高于病性证素热(P<0.05)。结论:运用电子鼻可以初步判断慢性胃炎常见病性证素间的气味差异。电子鼻可以为中医嗅诊客观化研究提供新的工具。
Objective: To explore the odor map characteristics of oral breath among the common syndrome elements of the chronic gastritis nature(CG) by electronic nose. Methods: 618 patients of CG were collected and divided into groups by syndrome elements diagnosis of the CG nature. Odor maps of oral breath were collected by electronic nose(EN0l1103-A) based on a film of gas sensor array. The amplitude and slope of response curves were selected as pattern characteristic parameters, and characteristics of the odor response map on common syndrome elements of CG nature were explored. Results: 1 The common syndrome elements of CG nature were heat, qi stagnation, dampness, yin deficiency, phlegm, qi deficiency and yang deficiency. 2 The comparison of amplitude characteristic of the odor response curves: The amplitude of odor response curves F in the CG phlegm group was significantly higher than that of CG heat group(P〈0.05). The amplitudes of odor response curves E, F, I in the yang deficiency CG group was higher than that of the heat CG group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the amplitude of odor response curves F in the Yang deficiency CG group was higher than those of the qi stagnation and dampness CG groups(P〈0.05). 3The comparison of the slope characteristic of odor response curves: the slopes of the odor response pattern curves E in the phlegm and yang deficiency CG groups with chronic gastritis were significantly higher than that of the heat group(P〈0.05); the slopes of the odor response curves F in the phlegm and yang deficiency CG groups were higher than those of the heat, qi stagnation and dampness CG groups(P〈0.05, P〈0.01) and the slope of the odor response curves I in the Yang deficiency CG group was significantly higher than that of the heat CG group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The odor difference among the common syndrome elements of the CG nature could be preliminary identified by electronic nose. The electronic nose could provide a new means for the objectification study of TCM olfaction.
