摘要
目的:观察芍药甘草汤对慢传输型便秘大鼠的作用及其对SCF/c-kit信号途径的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、莫沙必利组、芍药甘草汤低剂量组和芍药甘草汤高剂量组,每组10只,采用复方地芬诺酯制备慢传输型便秘大鼠模型,药物干预后检测各组大鼠肠推进功能及c-kit、SCF蛋白的表达。结果:芍药甘草汤治疗组的碳末推进率显著升高(P<0.01),c-kit、SCF蛋白的表达显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:芍药甘草汤可以提高结肠推进功能,改善便秘症状,其机制可能与调控SCF/c-kit信号途径,改善结肠慢波的产生,影响平滑肌收缩的节律有关。
Objective: To observe effects of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on SCF/c-kit signaling pathway in slow transit constipation rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, model group, mosapride group, Shaoyao Gancao Decoction low-dose group and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction high-dose group, with 10 in each group. The rat model of slow transit constipation was established with compound diphenoxylate by gavage. After durg administration, the colonic propulsion function and the protein expression of c-kit and SCF were observed. Results: Shaoyao Gancao Decoction could promote colonic propulsion function(P〈0.01), increase the protein expression of c-kit and SCF(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Shaoyao Gancao Decoction could promote colonic propulsion function to improve symptoms of constipation. It could improve colon slow wave and regulate contraction rhythm of smooth muscle by regulating SCF/c-kit signaling pathway.
