心衰合剂对冠心病心力衰竭患者代谢组学的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Xinshuai Mixture Agent on patients with heart failure induced by coronary heart disease based on metabonomics

摘要 目的:观察心衰合剂对冠心病心力衰竭患者代谢组学的影响。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将59例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用西医规范治疗+心衰合剂方案、对照组采用西医规范治疗方案。治疗后,对所有患者与11名健康者的血清进行弛豫编辑实验和扩散编辑实验,分析各组代谢组学特点。结果:弛豫编辑实验显示,治疗后治疗组与健康组相关代谢物浓度接近,其相关代谢物浓度与对照组比较均有差异。其中治疗组与健康组的脂蛋白、乳酸、丙氨酸浓度均比对照组含量高,治疗组与健康组的氧化三甲胺、糖类、甘氨酸浓度均比对照组含量低。结论:在西医治疗基础上联合使用心衰合剂治疗后的冠心病心力衰竭患者的代谢产物更接近健康人群。 Objective: To explore the effect of Xinshuai Mixture Agent on patients with heart failure induced by coronary heart disease based on metabonomics. Methods: Fifty-nine cases of patients with heart failure induced by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with Xinshuai mixture agent combined with the routine therapy of western medicine, while the control group were treated with the routine therapy of western medicine. After treatment, the serum samples were analysed by using a 1H-NMR based metabonomics strategy, including carrpurcell meiboom gill(CPMG) test and longitudininaleddy delay(LED) test. Results: The result of CPMG test revealed that the patients of the treatment group could be distinguished from the control group and was closed to the healthy ones. The levels of lipoprotein, lactic acid and alanine in the treatment group and the healthy group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of trimethylamine oxide, sugars and glycine in the treatment group and the healthy group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: After the treatment of a combiniation of Xinshuai Mixture Agent with western medicine, the metabolites of the patients with heart failure induced by coronary heart disease were closer to the healthy ones.
