摘要
目的:测定出口京万红软膏中薄荷脑的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法(GC法),色谱柱为以聚乙二醇20000(PEG-20M)为固定相的毛细管柱(柱长30m,柱内径为0.32mm,膜厚度为0.25μm),进样口温度为220℃,氢离子火焰检测器温度为250℃,柱温为110℃,分流比为5∶1。结果:薄荷脑在0.04-0.40μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=1.43%。结论:本法重复性好,方法简洁,结果可靠,可作为出口京万红软膏中薄荷脑的含量测定方法。
Objective: To detect the content of mentha-camphor in the export Jingwanhong Ointment. Methods: The gas chromatography(GC method) was capillary column that using polyethylene glycol 20000(PEG-20M) as the stationary phase(column was 30 m long, internal diameter of column was 0.32 mm, film thickness was 0.25μm), and inlet temperature was 220℃, flame ionization detector temperature was 250℃, the column temperature was 110℃, the split ratio was 5 : 1. Results: The content of mentha-camphor in the range of 0.04-0.4μg had a good linear correlation, coefficient r=0.9998, and the average recovery was 98.76%, RSD=1.43%. Conclusion: GC method is reproducible, simple and reliable that can be used for detecting the content of mentha-camphor in the export Jingwanhong Ointment.
