Clinical observation on ZHAO's plaster therapy in treating hyperplastic dermatosis

目的:评价黑色拔膏棍对局限性神经性皮炎、慢性局限性湿疹、寻常疣、跖疣患者的临床疗效。方法:采用开放性研究发法,对局限性神经性皮炎、慢性局限性湿疹、寻常疣、跖疣患者治疗前后进行疗效评价。结果:92例局限性神经性皮炎、慢性局限性湿疹组总有效率为84.8%,其中,皮损改善总有效率为73.9%,瘙痒改善总有效率为70.7%;69例寻常疣、跖疣组总有效率59.4%。结论:黑色拔膏棍治疗局限性神经性皮炎、慢性局限性湿疹、寻常疣、跖疣有较好疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of ZHAO＇s plaster therapy in treating localized neurodermatitis, chronic eczema, verruca vulgaris and plantar warts. Methods： An open study on efficacy evaluation of localized neurodermatitis, chronic eczema, verruca vulgaris, plantar warts were used before and after ZHAO＇s plaster therapy treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results： The effective rate of 92 cases of localized neurodermatitis and chronic eczema was 84.8%. The improving rate of lesion was 73.9%, and the improving rate of itching was 70.7%. The effective rate of 69 cases of verruca vulgaris and plantar warts was 59.4%. Conclusion： ZHAO＇s plaster therapy is an effective treatment in localized neurodermatitis, chronic zczema, verruca vulgaris and plantar warts.
