心脑康胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical effects of Xinnaokang Capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris

目的:研究心脑康胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效的评价。方法:天津医院2014年6月至2014年12月住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者100例,随机分为两组:对照组50例,给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、低分子肝素、β-受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、他汀、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、硝酸酯类药物常规剂量治疗;心脑康胶囊治疗组50例,在对照组药物治疗的基础上加用心脑康胶囊4粒,3次/d。上述两组患者均随诊4周,统计心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、心电图变化,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平,评价两组患者临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,心脑康胶囊治疗组在心绞痛症状缓解、心电图变化及血清生化指标上具有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脑康胶囊作为一种传统中药,可有效改善不稳定心绞痛的发作,其治疗后可明显改善临床理化指标,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of Xinnaokang Capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods： One hundred patients with unstable angina pectoris in the inpatient department of Tianjin Hospital from June to December in 2014 were randomly divided into two groups： 50 cases in control group were given dose conventional treatment of aspirin, clopidogrel, low molecular heparin, beta-blockers, calcium channel clocker （CCB）, statin, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） and nitrates. 50 cases in Xinnaokang Capsule treatment group were given Xinnaokang Capsules for four capsules, three times a day on the basis of therapy as control group. The above two groups of patients were follow-up four weeks and summed up the analysis of angina frequency and duration, electrocardiogram changes, the levels of serum CRp, platelet aggregation rate, fibrinogen, TC and LDL-C to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results： Compared with the control group, Xinnaokang Capsule treatment group in angina symptoms, electrocardiogram changes, and the serum biochemical indicators were improved significantly. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： As a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, Xinnaokang Capsule can effectively improve the unstable angina attack. After the treatment, it can obviously improve the clinical physical and chemical indicators, and improve prognosis. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
