社会主义核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值观是两个不同的概念,立足于价值和内容两个层面,有必要对二者的内涵做出新的阐释。同时,从二者的内涵出发,对社会主义核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值观之间的内在关系作出界定,将有助于推进我国社会主义核心价值体系建设和中国特色社会主义文化建设。

The socialist core value system and the socialist core values are two different concepts,which are based on the two levels of value and content.Therefore,it is necessary to make a new interpretation on their connotations.Depending on their connotations,this paper defines the intrinsic relationship between the socialist core value system and the socialist core values,which will help to promote the construction of socialist core value system and the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
