连云港市在融入国家“一带一路”战略中面临的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Lianyungang's Integration into the National Strategy of“One Belt and One Road”

国家"一带一路"战略的实施,给连云港市的发展带来了千载难逢的机遇。分析了连云港市在融入国家"一带一路"战略中面临的问题,认为港口功能发挥不足、组合效应没有显现,港产城融合发展缺乏实质性的运作,融入海丝路建设行动迟缓,发展理念陈旧、缺乏人才集聚,大陆桥国际物流运输下滑严重等,影响着连云港市融入国家"一带一路"战略的步伐,在此基础上,从港口发展要突出提升内涵、扩大竞争力,产业发展要注重转型升级,城市发展要注重理念更新,强化港产城融合发展的力度,强化大陆桥国际物流运输的发展等方面提出了连云港市融入国家"一带一路"战略的对策建议。

The implementation of the national strategy of＂One Belt and One Road＂has brought precious opportunities for the development of Lianyungang.This paper analyzes the problems in Lianyungang＇s integration into the national strategy of＂One Belt and One Road＂,such as,inadequate port functioning,inadequate combined effects,lack of substantial operations in the integrated development of port,production and city,slow launch of integrating into the sea silk road,obsolete development concept,lack of talents,serious decline of Continental Bridge international logistics,etc.,which all affect the pace of Lianyungang＇s integration into the national strategy of＂One Belt and One Road＂.Therefore,it puts forwards some countermeasures as follows：Port development should highlight the connotation of upgrading and expansion of competitiveness;industrial development should focus on the transformation and upgrading;urban development should focus on the concept updating;it is necessary to strengthen the integrated development of port,production and city,as well as the development of Continental Bridge international logistics.
