民国时期“乡村建设运动”经验对当前乡村治理的启示

Enlightenment of the Experiences of“Rural Construction Movement”in the Republic of China on Current Rural Governance

民国时期是社会大转型、大改造时期,经济衰败、政权分裂、文化失调。知识分子在寻求中国出路时,认识到中国的问题在乡村。为此,在知识分子的带领下进行了一场轰轰烈烈的"乡村建设运动"。这一时期的"乡村建设运动"总的来说不外乎三种典型模式,即:晏阳初领导的"定县模式"、梁漱溟领导的"邹平模式"和卢作孚领导的"北碚模式",在对这三种典型的乡村建设模式阐述和分析的基础上,提出了当下乡村治理的创新之举。

During the period of the republic of China,the economy has been declining,power is splitting and culture is unbalancing.Chinese intellectuals were seeking a way out and recognizing that Chinese problems were rooted in the rural.Therefoere,intellectuals held a ＂rural construction movement＂.On the whole,there were three patterns,namely＂Ding county pattern＂led by Yan yangchu,＂Zouping pattern＂led by Liang shuming and＂Beibei pattern＂led by Lu zuofu.On the basis of the three patterns,this paper puts forward innovation proposals for contemporary rural governance.
