IL-6和sIL-6R对造血干/祖细胞扩增作用的研究进展

摘要
SCF、Flk2/Flt3配体(FL)及TPO均可刺激造血细胞增殖,而IL-6受体(IL-6R)的可溶性形式(sIL-6R)与以上因子有协同增殖作用。本文就sIL-6R的特性及其作用机制,IL-6-sIL-6R复合物协同造血因子对造血干/祖细胞、SRC的扩增作用作一综述。
