数字动画的民族艺术传承与国家文化安全维护

在市场开放的重压下数字动画中的民族艺术的传承形式不容乐观,文化安全和意识形态受到威胁,已经到了必须保护国家文化安全的时刻。既然数字动画是一种娱乐消费品,那它就离不开笑料。但是,它作为意识形态控制的工具,同时又必须传达正确的价值观,所以必须处理好数字动画的娱乐性和导向性之间的关系。我们在历史的积淀中形成并拥有了传统的民族艺术,可将文学名著、民间故事和民俗风情等运用到动画创作中,在做好民族艺术传承的同时提高动画作品自身的话语权。数字动画的发展需要成熟稳固的产业链,通过政策扶持、传统文化运用、国外经验借鉴,以打造优秀的动画作品与外来动画竞争,维护国家文化在发展过程中的安全以及民族艺术的传承。

National art heritage in digital animation is under heavy pressure due to market liberalization. Meanwhile,cultural and ideological safety is threatened, so it is time to protect national cultural security. Since digital animation is regarded as entertainment consumer goods, it can not be separated from jokes. However, as a tool for ideological control,it must also convey the values of the ruling class. Therefore, we should take any bias in grasping the digital animation and entertainment-oriented processing. We have formed a traditional and national art heritage, so we integrate literary classics, folk tales and folk customs in the animation creation, which can inherit the national art heritage while improving our own voice in animation. The development of digital animation needs mature industry chain, policy support, traditional culture and experiences abroad.
