摘要
目的观察动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)植入不同部位对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的影响。方法选取2012年5月至2015年4月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院就诊的GDM患者37例,按随机数字表法分为上臂植入组(20例)和大腿外侧植入组(17例)。比较2组患者不同时点自我血糖监测(SMBG)获取的指尖血糖值和CGMS血糖值的相关性及无症状低血糖和不良反应发生情况。结果上臂植入组与大腿外侧植入组患者SMBG值和CGMS血糖值均呈正相关(r=0.89,0.81,均P〈0.05)。上臂植入组与大腿外侧植入组无症状低血糖和不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义[35.0%(7/20)比29.4%(5/17)、40.0%(8/20)比41.2%(7/17),均P〉0.05]。结论上臂及大腿外侧均可作为GDM患者CGMS较为理想的植入部位。
Objective To investigate the effect of different implantation sites of continuous glucose moni- toring system (CGMS) on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Thirty-seven patients with GDM from May 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups: upper arm implantation group (a --20 ) and lateral thigh implantation group (n = 17 ). The correlations between values of self-monitoring of bloodglucose (SMBG) and CGMS at different time points in 2 groups were analyzed. The occurrences of hypoglycemia unawareness and adverse reactions were observed. Results The values of CGMS and SMBG showed positive correlation in upper arm implantation group and lateral thigh implantation group ( r = 0.89 and 0.81, all P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences of incidences of hypoglycemia unawareness and adverse reactions between groups [ 35.0% (7/20) vs29.4% (5/17), 40.0% (8/20) vs41.2% (7/17)] (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both upper arm and lateral thigh are good implantation sites of CGMS for GDM patients.
