前部缺血性视神经病变是急性视功能损伤，若未能及时治疗，则造成视力视野严重的不可逆性损伤，因而，早期有效的治疗至关重要。主要的治疗方法包括：全身应用糖皮质类固醇激素，神经营养药物，扩血管药物，球旁注射地塞米松，玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德，玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子药物，降眼压，高压氧，中医中药等。

Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy is acute damage of visual function, which can cause irreversible vision damage if not treated in time. Early effective treatment is very important. The main therapies include systemic corticosteroids, neurotrophie drugs, vasodilators, peribulbar dexamethasone injection, intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection, intravitreal injection of anti VEGF drugs, lowering intraocnlar pressure, hvoerbaric oxwen, traditional medicine treatment, and so on.
