摘要
社会资本是影响女硕士生就业的重要因素。该研究以X市3所高校的应届女硕士生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式,对女硕士生就业的先赋性社会资本状况和后致性社会资本状况进行重点考察,并认真分析了这两类社会资本对女硕士生就业的影响程度,提出了女硕士生需要调整自己的就业期望值,注重自身后致性社会资本积累的观点。女硕士生只有在就业中充分发挥社会资本的作用,才能实现社会资本利润的最大化。
Social capital is the important factor affecting female postgraduates' employment. The research takes the female graduate students of 3 universities in X city as the research object. Using a questionnaire survey,the paper focuses on the study of the situation about the female postgraduates' ascribed social capital and achieved social capital which analyzes the influence of these two kinds of social capital on the employment of female postgraduates so the paper points out that female postgraduates should adjust their employment expectations and pay attention to building up their achieved social capital. Only female postgraduates make full use of the role social capital,can they realize social capital profits maxization.
