摘要
首先从提高机床性能、重视生态环境和关注全生命周期价值的视角探讨结构机床总体配置和结构设计的新方法。然后介绍了诸如有限元分析等机床结构优化的基本方法和不同机床结构材料的特点,并从机床结构的质量、刚度和阻尼三者的关系描述了机床轻量化设计的流程和应用前景。最后对几种机床结构配置的创新案例进行了分析。
Aiming at improving the machine tool performance, attaching great importance to the ecological environment and whole life cycle, it presents the new method to machine tool design and the structure of machine tool configuration, introduces basic methods for the structure optimization of the machine tool, describes the characteristics of various materials of machine tool structure. In view of the relationship about quality, stiffness and damping, it illustrates the lightweight design process of the machine tool and application prospect, analyzes some innovation cases of the machine tool structure configuration.
