趋化因子CCL26的表达与结肠癌患者预后的相关性研究

The relation of chemokine CCL26 expression and prognosis in patients with colon cancer

目的探讨趋化因子CCL26的表达与结肠癌患者预后的相关性。方法 2008年2月至2010年10月选择160例结肠癌患者的癌组织及相应的癌旁正常结肠黏膜组织标本进行免疫组织化学分析,同时调查所有患者的临床病理资料,随访5年生存情况并进行分析。结果趋化因子CCL26在癌组织与癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率分别为76.3%和15.0%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在160例癌组织中,趋化因子CCL26的表达水平与年龄、性别、分化程度、TNM分期都无明显相关性(P>0.05),趋化因子CCL26的阳性表达率和淋巴结转移情况存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存率分析显示趋化因子CCL26阳性表达的结肠癌患者5年生存率明显低于趋化因子CCL26阴性表达的结肠癌患者(P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示淋巴结转移、CCL26阳性表达、临床分期、低分化为影响结肠癌患者5年死亡的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论趋化因子CCL26在结肠癌组织中呈现高表达状况,其阳性表达率和淋巴结转移情况存在明显相关性,且能明显影响患者的5年生存率,可作为结肠癌患者临床预后指标之一。

Objective To investigate the relation of chemokine CCL26 expression and prognosis in patients with colon cancer.Methods From February 2008 to October 2010,selected 160 colon tissues and corresponding normal colonic mucosa specimens from the colon cancer patients for immunohistochemical analysis,while were given the clinical and pathological data investigating,and all patients were followed up for 5-year survival situation and analyzed.Results The positive rates of chemokine CCL26 in the cancer tissue and the adjacent normal tissue were 76.3% and 15.0%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the 160 specimens of cancer tissue,the chemokines CCL26 expression positive rates had no significant correlated with age,sex,degree of differentiation,TNM stage（P〈0.05）,and the chemokine CCL26 expression positive rates were significantly associated to the lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the chemotactic CCL26 positive rates of patients with 5-year survival rates were significantly lower than the chemokine CCL26 negative rates of patients（P〈0.05）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,CCL26 expression,clinical stage,poorly differentiated colon cancer were the main independent risk factors for the colon cancer patients of 5-year survival rates（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The chemokine CCL26 is showed high expression levels in colon cancer,the positive expression rates and the presence of lymph node metastasis are significantly correlated,and can significantly affect the 5-years survival rate of patients,it can be used as indicators of prognosis of patients with colon cancer.
