患者参与式质量控制小组在提高鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼依从性中的作用

Effect of patient involvement quality control group in improving the compliance of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

目的探究患者参与式质量控制小组在鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼中的作用。方法选取2013年5月至2015年7月在该院收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者80例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组进行常规护理与健康教育,试验组采用患者参与式质量控制小组进行护理,观察并比较两组患者的功能锻炼依从性、面部活动情况以及生活质量等。结果试验组的功能锻炼依从性(87.50%)、物质生活状态(29.01±8.23)分、心理功能(39.02±9.44)分、社会功能(38.71±10.21)分、躯体功能(39.45±11.12)分明显高于对照组的功能锻炼依从性(57.50%)、物质生活状态(24.03±7.71)分、心理功能(33.02±9.36)分、社会功能(33.94±10.47)分、躯体功能(32.97±8.88)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的颈部活动受限率(2.50%)、吞咽障碍率(7.50%)、张口困难率(5.00%)明显低于对照组的颈部活动受限率(37.50%)、吞咽障碍率(32.50%)、张口困难率(35.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼中,应用患者参与式质量控制小组进行护理,能够显著提高患者功能锻炼依从性,促进患者恢复正常的面部活动,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of patient involvement quality control group in improving functional exercise compliance of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods Totally 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The patients of the control group were treated routine nursing and health education.The patients of the experimental group were treated patient involvement quality control group.The functional exercise compliance,facial activity and quality of life of two groups were observed and compared.Results The functional exercise compliance（87.50%）,the material life condition（29.01±8.23）,the psychological function（39.02±9.44）,the social function（38.71±10.21）,the body function（39.45±11.12）of the experimental group were higher than the functional exercise compliance（57.50%）,the material life condition（24.03±7.71）,the psychological function（33.02±9.36）,the social function（33.94±10.47）,the body function（32.97±8.88）of the control group,with statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Neck movement limitation rate（2.50%）,mouth opening difficulty rate（7.50%）,dysphagia rate（5.00%）of the experimental group were significantly lower than neck movement limitation rate（37.50%）,dysphagia rate（32.50%）,mouth opening difficulty rate（35.00%）of the control group,with statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the functional exercise of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,the application patient involvement quality control group,can significantly improve the patient′s functional exercise compliance,promote patients to resume normal facial activities,improve the quality of life of patients.
