全程人性化导乐分娩模式对产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of humanized Daole delivery mode on the labor course and outcome of pregnancy

目的研究采取全程人性化导乐分娩模式对产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取自2014年9月至2015年4月经该院收治产妇140例,并按照掷硬币方式分为观察组与对照组,每组70例。观察组产妇分娩采取全程人性化导乐分娩模式,对照组产妇采取常规分娩模式。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率(94.29%)、剖宫率(5.71%)、新生儿Apgar评分(8.26±2.44)分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(5.35±1.29)分、分娩时间(387.56±186.74)min以及产程出血量(152.78±43.32)mL明显优于对照组产妇自然分娩率(70.00%)、剖宫率(30.00%)、新生儿Apgar评分(6.78±2.31)分、VAS评分(6.16±1.77)分、分娩时间(455.12±152.33)min以及产程出血量(170.99±50.51)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取全程人性化导乐分娩模式能有效提高产妇自然分娩成功率,缩短分娩时间,安全有效的保证母婴安全。

Objective To study the labor course and the pregnancy outcomes of full humanity of Daole delivery mode on the entire production process of pregnant women.Methods Totally 140 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from September 2014 to April 2015 in accordance with the coin toss was divided into the observation group and the control group,70 cases in each group.the observation group of pregnant women taken throughout the humanized Daole delivery mode,the control group adopted conventional mode of delivery in pregnant women.Results The natural labor rate（94.29%）,cesarean section rate（5.71%）,neonatal Apgar score（8.26±2.44）,VAS score（5.35±1.29）,delivery time（387.56±186.74）min and production process bleeding volume（152.78±43.32）mL were significantly better than control group,The natural labor rate（70.00%）,cesarean section rate（30.00%）,neonatal Apgar score（6.78±2.31）,VAS score（6.16±1.77）,delivery time（455.12±152.33）min and production process bleeding volume（170.99±50.51）mL,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taken full humanized Daole delivery mode can effectively improve the success rate of natural delivery,shorten the delivery time,safety effectively ensures the safety of mother and infant.
