摘要 将Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo合金在1 100℃真空保温1 h后分别炉冷、空冷和油冷,研究了冷却方式对合金冲击韧性的影响.结果表明,锻态合金具有较高的冲击韧性,热处理后合金冲击韧性发生了不同程度的变化:油冷使合金冲击韧性提高,空冷和炉冷使合金冲击韧性不同程度地降低,其中炉冷使得合金几乎丧失冲击韧性.断口分析发现,锻态合金在冲击载荷下表现为韧性断裂,空冷与炉冷合金在冲击载荷下表现为解理断裂.合金的冲击韧性与组织中析出相有关. To clarify the effect of heat treatment on the impact toughness of Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo alloy, the specimens were annealed at 1100 ℃ in vacuum by 1 hour and cooled down in furnace, air and oil respectively. The results show that the forged alloy presents an excellent impact toughness which would be changed after the alloys were heat treated. The impact toughness drops if the alloys were cooled down in furnace or air and increases if cooled in oil. Fracture analysis demonstrates that the forged alloy was cracked in a toughness mode under tensile load while the alloys were heat treated in a cleavage mode. The impact toughness of the alloys is relevant with the precipitation in structures.
