超声心动图在肺动脉高压诊治中的应用与展望 被引量:1

摘要 肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)是指静息状态下经右心导管测得的平均肺动脉压(mean pulmonary arterial pressure,m PAP)≥25 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)的一种病理生理状态[1]。PAH可以是一种独立的疾病,也可以是并发症,还可以是综合征[2-3]。
