45%精异丙甲草胺微囊悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

Analysis of S-Metolachlor 45% CS by HPLC

建立高效液相色谱法分离测定45%精异丙甲草胺微囊悬浮剂中有效成分。采用CHIRALPAK AY-H手性柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以正己烷+无水乙醇为流动相,测定试样中精异丙甲草胺的质量分数。方法的标准偏差为0.21,变异系数为0.46%,平均回收率为99.71%。该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高。

A HPLC method for determination of active ingredient in S-metolachlor 45% CS was established,with CHIRALPAK AY-H chiral chromatography column and UV-absorbance detector,the mixture of n-hexane and ethanol was used as mobile phase.The results showed that the standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery of S-metolachlor were 0.21,0.46%,99.71%,respectively.The method was simple,convenient,and had good separating effect,high precision and accuracy.
