高职院校翻转课堂应用的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis for Application of Flipping Classroom in Vocational Colleges

信息技术对教育发展具有重要影响,微课、慕课、翻转课堂等新的教学形式与方法开始在教育领域应用。高职教育注重学生技术技能与职业素质的培养,教学以应用与实训为导向。翻转课堂教学模式与高职教育具有契合性,因此,在高职教育教学中运用翻转课堂有其必要性。基于SWOT模型,分析了高职院校翻转课堂实践的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,在此基础上提出高职院校翻转课堂应用的策略。

Information technology has an important influence on the development of education.Micro-lecture,MOOCs,Flipping Classroom and other new forms of teaching methods are widely applied in the field of higher education.Vocational education focuses on technical skills and professional quality.Flipping classroom teaching mode can be effectively used in vocational education.Based on SWOT model the paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of using flipping classroom in vocational colleges.Finally,it indicates how the strategy of flipping classroom can be used in vocational education.
