近十年新型职业农民学习共同体研究述评

The Review of Learning Community of New Professional Farmers

我国新型职业农民培育的研究正如火如荼地进行着,新型职业农民的学习已然成为焦点,而学习共同体的构建在教育改革实践中也成为一种全新趋势与战略选择,并取得明显成效。通过对国内外新型职业农民学习与学习共同体的研究进行系统的梳理,分析其研究现状及存在的问题,得出结论:在新型职业农民学习的调查基础之上,构建特色学习共同体迫在眉睫,将是日后新型职业农民培育研究一个重要方向。

The research on the cultivation of new occupational farmers is prevailing in China and the learning community of new professional farmers has captured the focus of society.Meanwhile,the construction of learning community turns out to be a new trend as well as a strategic option in the practice of education reform and has achieved remarkable progresses.By means of the systematical combing published journals on the learning community of new professional farmers,the author comes to the conclusion that learning community is extremely urgent.Also,through analysis of its current research progresses and present problems,it is imperative that the featured learning community of new occupational farmers should be constructed.Based on the investigation of their learning community,study of new professional farmers community becomes an important research fields for cultivating such community.
