基于对ITIL管理体系的理解研究,结合自身运维管理情况进行管理创新研究,从而达到提高运维效率、提升用户满意度和运维质量的目的。
Based on research and comprehension of the ITIL managing system, combing with daily operation and maintenance, this paper conducts research on management innovation so as to improve efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
