口服黄体酮、维生素E与肌注黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of oral progestin,vitamin E and intramuscular injection progestin in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase deficiency

目的:观察和分析口服黄体酮、维生素E与肌注黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的疗效.方法:选取2013-06/2014-06在新疆维吾尔自治区博乐市计划生育指导站接受治疗的黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者40例作为研究对象,依照随机分配原则,分为对照组(n=20)和实验组(n=20).对照组患者采用肌注黄体酮治疗,实验组患者采用口服黄体酮、维生素E进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果:实验组和对照组患者经过治疗之后,其临床症状、体征及治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:口服黄体酮、维生素E治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的临床治疗效果明显,且其治疗的安全性和可靠性比较高,值得临床推广应用.

AIM： To observe and analyze clinical effect observation of oral progestin,vitamin E and intramuscular injection progestin in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase deficiency. METHODS： A total of 40 patients with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase deficiency admitted into our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into control group（ n = 20,given intramuscular injection of progesterone） and experimental group（ n = 20,given oral progestin treatment and vitamin E）. And the clinical curiative effects of two groups were compared.RESULTS： After treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs and treatment effects were compared between the two groups,with statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSION：The clinical treatment effect of oral progesterone,vitamin E in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase deficiency is obvious,while safety and reliability are relatively high,which is worthy of clinical application.
