两种消毒产品杀灭艰难梭菌芽胞试验与评价 被引量:4

Effects of two disinfectants on killing Clostridium difficile spores

摘要 目的观察两种消毒产品对艰难梭菌芽胞的杀灭效果,为医疗机构环境和物品表面消毒产品的使用提供试验依据。方法采用悬液杀芽胞试验,取无菌试管加入1.0ml含有机干扰物的艰难梭菌芽胞悬液,再加入过氧乙酸和次氯酸钠消毒剂4.0ml,观察不同作用时间的杀灭效果。结果 1 050mg/L过氧乙酸消毒剂作用1min,芽胞对数值下降3.52;作用≥3min杀灭对数值均>5.0,1 250mg/L次氯酸钠消毒剂作用3min,芽胞对数值下降4.74;作用≥5min杀灭对数值均>5.0,增加含氯消毒剂的浓度可以缩短杀灭艰难梭菌芽胞的作用时间。结论过氧乙酸和次氯酸钠消毒产品能有效杀灭艰难梭菌芽胞,过氧乙酸消毒产品不仅具有良好的杀灭艰难梭菌芽胞效果,且对环境和人体无害,使用方便,值得推广应用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of two disinfectants on killing Clostridium difficile spores so as to provide experimental basis for disinfection of environmental and object surfaces in medical institutions.METHODS Suspension sporicidal test was conducted,1.0ml of suspension containing organic interfering substance was added into the sterile test tubes,then 4.0ml of peracetic acid and sodium hypochlorite were added,and the killing effects were observed after different action time.RESULTS The logarithm value of spores was decreased by 3.52 after the disinfectant containing 1 050mg/L of peracetic acid was used for 1min;the killing logarithm value was more than5.0when it was used for no less than 3min.The logarithm value of spores was decreased by 4.74 when the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant containing 1 250mg/L of available chlorine was used for 3min;the killing logarithm value was more than 5.0when was used for no less than 5min,and the increase of the concentration of available chlorine could shorten the action time of killing the C.difficile spores.CONCLUSIONS Both peracetic acid and sodium hypochlorite disinfectants can effectively kill the C.difficile spores;the peracetic acid disinfectant can not only achieve significant effect on killing the C.difficile spores but also is friendly to environment and human,and it is worthy to be promoted.
