口腔颌面部间隙感染的病原菌药敏分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究口腔颌面部间隙感染的病原菌药敏性,为医院临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法选取2012年12月-2014年12月在医院进行治疗的138例口腔颌面部间隙感染患者作为研究对象,取患者感染部位的脓液标本进行培养及细菌鉴定,并进行药物敏感性试验。结果口腔颌面部多间隙感染的病原菌以革兰阳性菌为主占53.30%,其次为革兰阴性菌占43.65%,真菌占3.05%;金黄色葡萄球菌对环丙沙星、克林霉素、利福平和万古霉素最高,均>70.00%;普雷沃菌对甲硝唑、万古霉素、亚胺培南和氨曲南的敏感率均较高,>75.00%。结论口腔颌面部间隙感染患者的感染病原菌类型主要以革兰阳性菌为主,革兰阴性菌中以厌氧菌为主,大多数致病菌耐多种抗菌药物,为了防止细菌耐药,务必应该合理使用抗菌药物。 OBJECTIVE To study the drug sensitivity of pathogens causing oral and maxillofacial space infection,so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics clinically in hospital.METHODS Totally 138 patients of oral and maxillofacial space infection treated in the hospital were included as research subjects from Dec.2012 to Dec.2014.Pus specimen was taken from the sites of infection in patients,cultured.Bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test were carried out.RESULTS This study showed that oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections were mainly caused by gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 53.30%,followed by gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 43.65 %,and fungi,accounting for 3.05%.For drug susceptibility test,Staphylococcus aureus showed the highest sensitivity towards cyproterone gatifloxacin,clindamycin,rifampicin and vancomycin,and the bacteria prevost was very sensitive to metronidazole,vancomycin,imipenem and aztreonam.CONCLUSIONGrampositive bacteria dominated among pathogens causing oral and maxillofacial space infection,and so does anaerobic bacteria in gram-negative,Most bacteria are resistant to multiple antibiotics.In order to avoid bacterial resistant medicine,it should be ensured to use antimicrobial drugs rationally.
