基于风险隐患发生与持续过程的安全事故发生机理研究

Research on Occurring Mechanism of Safety Accidents Based on the Occurrence and Continuous Process of Risk Hidden Danger

安全事故是组织内外因素综合作用的结果,现有的安全事故分析方法主要是集中在判定事故原因和结果上。鉴于此,以危险、防护、风险隐患和事故等四个概念为核心,构建包含风险隐患的发生过程和持续过程的安全事故发生机理分析框架,为解释建筑安全事故的发生过程及其相互影响提供新方法。

Safety accident is the result of the combined effects of internal and external factors,the existing safety accident analysis method is mainly focused on the cause and result of the accident. In this paper,takes four concepts of danger,prevention,hidden risk,accident as the core,builds the mechanism analysis framework of safety accident including the occurrence of potential risks and the ongoing process of potential risks,provides new method for explaining the occurrence of safety accidents and their interaction.
