摘要 基因治疗疾病的有效性主要取决于基因转染率,基因转染载体包括病毒载体和非病毒载体。超声微泡造影剂为一种新型非病毒载体,介导基因转染具有安全、靶向、目的基因转染率高等优点,本文对近年来超声微泡造影剂介导基因转染的研究进展进行综述。 The effectiveness of gene therapy mainly depends on the rate of gene transfection.Nowadays the gene vectors include viral vectors and non-viral vectors.As a new non-viral vectors of gene delivery,ultrasound microbubbles have the advantages of safety,targeting and high efficiency.The recent research progress in the field of ultrasound microbubbles for gene therapy were reviewed in this article.
