摘要
以一种光学设备滑架部件为例,分析了滑架轴承和滑杆相对运动时滑杆存在的严重磨损问题。通过对现有滑动结构失效的分析,对滑动结构进行了多方面优化研究,得出滑动结构的优化设计方案,并设计了新的滑动结构。对新结构的实际使用寿命进行实践验证,结果表明新的滑动结构可有效减少滑杆的磨损。
In an optical equipment carriage parts as an example,analyzed the problem of the sliding frame bearing and the sliding rod relative motion slide bar existed serious wear。Based on the failure analysis of the existing sliding structure of sliding structure,many optimization analysis is made,the optimal design scheme of sliding structure is obtained,and the design of the sliding structure is new。Practice to verify the actual service life of the new structure,the results show that the new structure can effectively reduce the sliding wear of the sliding rod。
