With economic development getting into the New Normal,our country needs to accelerate the administrative innovation and build an innovative government. The innovation of administration culture can promote the building of innovative government by providing the value guidance and idea support,the spirit motivation,the theory instruction,the cultural ambiance for administrative innovation. We should promote the construction of innovative government through the innovation of administration idea,administration system regime and administration method.
